Women's Sexual Wellbeing
Intimacy, pleasure and sexual wellbeing are a natural part of being human, yet many women carry quiet struggles in this area for years without ever speaking about them.
You may feel disconnected from your body, frustrated by changes in desire, worried about intimacy, or wondering why something that once felt natural no longer does.
There is nothing wrong with you
Sexual and intimacy difficulties are incredibly common and are often influenced by stress, anxiety, body image, confidence, relationships, life experiences, hormonal changes and the beliefs we develop about ourselves over time.
The good news is that these patterns can change.

How I Can Help
Using hypnotherapy, coaching, NLP, CBT, EFT and mindfulness, I help you explore and change the patterns that may be affecting your experience.
This might include anxiety, pressure, self criticism, relationship difficulties, confidence issues, stress, past experiences, or beliefs you've developed about yourself and your body over time.
Together we work to reduce the emotional barriers that may be getting in the way, helping you feel more comfortable, confident and connected to yourself.
This work is warm, supportive and entirely led by you.
What to Expect
All sessions are delivered online or face to face in a secure and confidential setting.
We'll begin with a detailed free consultation to understand your experience, your goals and what may be contributing to the issue. From there, we'll create a personalised plan tailored to your needs.
Most clients notice positive changes within 3 to 6 sessions, although this varies depending on the nature of the issue.
Is It a Psychological or Medical Issue?
Sexual wellbeing is influenced by both physical and psychological factors, and often the two work closely together.
Changes in desire, arousal, comfort or pleasure can sometimes be linked to hormonal changes, menopause, medications, medical conditions or other physical factors. If you have concerns, it is always worth speaking to your GP or healthcare professional.
At the same time, stress, anxiety, pressure, body image, confidence, life style, relationship dynamics and past experiences can have a significant impact on how safe, relaxed and connected you feel during intimacy.
Many women find that even when there is a physical or hormonal component, addressing the psychological side of the experience can make a meaningful difference.
A Safe, Confidential and Hands Off Approach
Psychosexual hypnotherapy is a talking therapy. There is no physical contact, examination, or intimate activity involved at any stage.
Sessions provide a safe, professional and confidential space to explore concerns around intimacy and sexual wellbeing without embarrassment, pressure or judgement.
