How I Can Help

Using hypnotherapy, coaching, NLP, CBT and EFT, I help you understand and change the patterns that may be contributing to the problem.

This might include anxiety, pressure, overthinking, self-critical thoughts, relationship difficulties, past experiences, confidence issues, or beliefs you've developed about yourself over time.

My approach is practical, supportive and completely confidential. There is no judgement, no awkwardness and no expectation to share anything you're not comfortable discussing.

For many people, discussing intimate or sexual wellbeing concerns feels easier from the comfort and privacy of their own home. Being in a familiar environment often helps clients feel more relaxed, open and able to focus on the process without worrying about travelling to a clinic or therapy room.

We'll begin with a detailed consultation to understand your situation and goals, before creating a personalised programme tailored to your needs.

Most men notice positive changes within 3–6 sessions, although this varies depending on the nature of the issue.

A Safe, Confidential and Hands-Off Approach

Psychosexual hypnotherapy is a talking therapy. There is no physical contact, examination, or intimate activity involved at any stage.

Sessions provide a safe, professional and confidential space to explore concerns around intimacy and sexual wellbeing without embarrassment or judgement.

Please note that sexual difficulties should always be discussed with your GP where appropriate to rule out underlying medical causes. Even where there is a physical component, psychological factors often play a significant role and can still be successfully addressed.

So how do you know if its Psychological or Medical Issue?

While it's always important to speak to your GP if you have concerns about your sexual health, there are often clues that can help identify whether psychological factors may be involved.

For example, if you are able to get and maintain an erection when alone, wake with morning erections, or find that everything works as expected on your own and in some situations but not others, this often suggests that anxiety, pressure, stress, overthinking or other psychological factors may be playing a significant role.

Similarly, if difficulties only occur with a partner, during intimacy, or when there is a fear of "performing", the mind-body connection is often involved.

On the other hand, if you are consistently experiencing difficulties both alone and with a partner, it is important to seek medical advice to rule out any underlying physical causes.

In reality, many sexual difficulties involve both physical and psychological factors. Even when there is a medical component, confidence, anxiety, life style, stress and relationship dynamics can still have a significant impact and are often areas where hypnotherapy and coaching can help.
