20-30 min consultation - Free
A relaxed, no-obligation telephone conversation to discuss what's going on, ask questions, and explore whether we're a good fit to work together.
Individual Sessions - £70 per Session
Coaching, Hypnotherapy & Mindfulness
Sessions are typically 60–75 minutes and can be delivered online or in person (where available).
Block of 4 Sessions - £260 (Save £20)
Most clients choose this option to build momentum and ensure progress.
Block of 6 Sessions - £380 (Save £40)
Most clients see meaningful change within 3–6 sessions, although this varies depending on individual circumstances and goals.
Stop Smoking Session - £150 (one off fee)
This is one personalised session lasting approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours and will leave you a non-smoker.
Includes:
- Preparation and consultation
- Stop smoking session
- Booster session if needed within 6 months
Available online or face-to-face.
Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that a 24 hour notice is required in order to release appointments for other clients. Failure to give the required notice will result in the full fee being charged.

After booking, you'll receive an email with a secure payment link for my business account.
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your appointment. Where a package is purchased, payment is made in full before the first session.
