After 25 years in the Royal Navy as a Physical Training Instructor and Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor, including 12 years within Defence Primary Healthcare, I’ve spent my career helping people rebuild strength, confidence and resilience.
I now use that experience to help people move forward in their lives when something feels off, without losing that feeling of safety and security.

From the outside, your life looks fine.
You’re capable. You’ve built something stable, it works.

But underneath that, something doesn’t feel right.

You find yourself wondering,
“Is this really it for the next 10, 15, 20 years?”

You might recognise this in yourself:

  • You feel stuck, flat or unfulfilled, but can’t fully explain why
  • You overthink decisions and struggle to trust yourself
  • You know something needs to change, but you don’t know what or how
  • You feel like you’ve outgrown parts of your life or career, they just don't work anymore
  • You worry about making the wrong move or risking what you’ve built
  • You're regularly feeling drained or stressed because of your job
  • You want more freedom, time, purpose or balance, but feel unsure where to start

There’s a part of you that knows you’re capable of more. You often think something needs to change.  

But you stay in the same place.

Not because you’re lazy or unmotivated, 
but because your mind is trying to keep you safe. 

What you have right now may not be what you want, it might not be fulfilling but it's predictable. 

And to your brain that means safety. And sometimes that need for safety is so strong, it over rides everything else and keeps you stuck. 

And then this is mixed with your own fears -  

fear of failure

thoughts like "I'm not good enough", "I've worked so hard to get here, I can't change now"

My approach

You don’t need to turn your life upside down or start from scratch.


Change can happen in a way that still feels safe. For you, it could be making small changes in lots of different areas of your life that then have a significant impact.  

And if you do decide you want something bigger,
I make sure you feel secure enough to do that too.

You don’t need to start again from zero.
You already have years of experience, skills, and insight, 
even if you’re not fully sure how they fit right now.

We build from where you are,
so your next steps feel steady, realistic, and right for you.

My approach is about helping you move forward
without losing the sense of stability you’ve worked hard to create.

Coaching is very forward-focused.
We’re not here to stay stuck in the past,
but to help you understand where you are now
and where you want to go next and how to get there. 

Hypnotherapy allows us to gently revisit the past where needed, to work through what may be holding you back.

It works with your subconscious mind to shift the deeper patterns that drive fear, doubt, and overthinking.

This is where lasting change happens,
so things begin to feel calmer, clearer, and more natural.

Together, they complement each other beautifully,
allowing me to tailor each session to you,
and what you need to move forward.

Awareness, confidence and clarity

Everything we do is underpinned by building greater awareness of our thoughts, beliefs and behaviours. 

We start by understanding where you are right now, 
how things feel, what’s been going on, and what’s keeping you stuck.

There’s no pressure to have the answers straight away.

As we work together, things begin to make more sense.
You start to see yourself more clearly, 
what you need, what matters to you, and what may need to change.

From there, we gently work through the patterns
that keep you stuck in overthinking and self-doubt,
so you can begin to trust yourself again.

And as that self-trust builds, clarity starts to follow.

Over time, you develop a stronger sense of who you are,
what you have to offer, and what feels right for you.

Which allows you to move forward with more confidence.

About Jules

After over 25 years in the Royal Navy as a Physical Training Instructor and Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor, I’ve spent my career helping people build strength, resilience, and confidence.

Working within Defence Healthcare, I supported individuals recovering from injury, helping them rebuild not just physically, but mentally too.

That experience showed me something I still see in my work today, change isn’t just about what you do,
it’s about how you think, how you feel, and what you believe about yourself.

Now, as a coach and hypnotherapist, I bring that understanding into the work I do.

I combine practical, evidence-based approaches with a calm, supportive space to help you work through self-doubt, shift unhelpful patterns, and move forward in a way that feels steady and right for you.

This isn’t about me telling you what to do, 
I’ve definitely left that part of my military career behind.

Our work together is always led by you.

I’m there to guide, support, and help you make sense of things, so you can find your own answers and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

My focus isn’t on pushing you to make drastic changes.


It’s about helping you feel more clear, more confident,
and more in control of your next steps, 
without losing the sense of security that matters to you.

Hypnotherapy Expertise

Hypnotherapy helps create positive change by working with the subconscious mind to shift patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour.

As a qualified hypnotherapist and coach, I use a blended approach that may combine hypnotherapy, coaching and mindfulness techniques depending on what will best support you.

Online sessions are 75 minutes.


In-person sessions are 60 minutes.

Both are held in a calm, relaxed and supportive way, so nothing ever feels rushed.

Confidence & Clarity Coaching

Confidence & clarity coaching helps you move through self-doubt,
gain a clearer sense of what you want, and build a more genuine belief in yourself and your abilities.

Sessions are always tailored to you.


We may use a blend of coaching, hypnotherapy, and mindfulness techniques, depending on what will support you best.

Together, we explore what may be holding you back,
and gently develop new ways of thinking and responding,
so confidence starts to feel more natural and less forced.

Group Coaching and workplace Sessions

Group coaching and mindfulness sessions can help teams build confidence, resilience and wellbeing at work.

Sessions provide a supportive space to reflect, develop new perspectives and learn practical tools for managing stress, communication and workplace pressures.

Workshops and group sessions can be tailored to the needs of your organisation and may include topics such as confidence, mindset, resilience and mindfulness for focus and wellbeing.
